Food truck park at 1064 Waterloo Road

Vice president of Eddie's Pizza, whose Waterloo location sits next door, said the food truck park could be 'devastating' to his business and suggested a large vacant downtown lot near the DMV instead.

Praised the no-generators design but asked for approved-list trees, bicycle parking, more trees near homes, and caution about a driveway near the Waterloo intersection.
